Did you know you can freeze our greens right in the bag?

Our greens can be frozen in their original bags for a month or two, so if you have freezer space, load it up!

Just remember, when you're ready to cook them, put the frozen greens directly into the pan without thawing. Frozen greens are best used in cooked dishes, soups, stews, etc.

For best results, use fresh (not frozen) greens for salads and quick stir-fries, for making trendy greens chips, etc.
