San Miguel Produce Inc. uses the United States Postal Service to deliver products ordered through this website. Orders are processed and delivered from our warehouse in Oxnard, California. Delivery cost depends on several different factors including the shipping method you choose, your address, order quantity and weight. Shipping cost is calculated automatically during the checkout process.
Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail and delivered within 3-6 business days of when you place your order (military addresses may take longer). Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a delivery confirmation number so you can confirm that your order has shipped.
Occasionally an item listed in the online store may be out of stock. This will result in a slightly longer total shipping time. There will be a “backorder” indication on the product page if an item is out of stock. If you order a backordered item, we will ship the portion of your order that is available and bill your credit card for that amount. You will be notified of the status of the out of stock item when we process your order. When the item on backorder becomes available again, we will bill your credit card for that amount.
You may cancel a backorder at anytime as long as the shipping process has not begun.
