Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 (12-ounce) bag Cut `n Clean European Blend Greens
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Melt butter, stock and vinegar in a 12-inch non-stick skillet over high heat, until boiling. Add Cut `n Clean European Blend Greens, stir and then cook, covered, until greens are wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Uncover, stir and cook on high until the greens are done and the liquid evaporates, about 5 minutes. Season with pepper to taste.

Serves 4.
