Apple Almond Kale Salad

Serves: 2

Ingredients:


3 cups Cut ‘N Clean Greens Organic SuperKALE Salad
2-4 tablespoons vinaigrette salad dressing
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 small Granny Smith apple, diced
1/4 cup raisins


Preparation:

Place 3 cups kale salad into a large bowl; pour 2-4 tablespoons vinaigrette of your choice over the greens. Massage kale with your hands for 1-2 minutes (this helps tenderize and soften the kale). Let sit for about 5 minutes.

Toast sliced almonds over medium heat in a skillet (do not add oil) until golden brown, stirring frequently. Let cool.

Add diced apple and raisins to the greens. Pour toasted almonds into the mix and toss everything to combine.

Divide salad into two bowls and enjoy!
