Beer Braised Rainbow Chard

Serves: 3


1 (12 ounce) bag Cut ‘N Clean Greens Rainbow Chard
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup light beer
Garlic salt and pepper to taste


In a large pan or skillet over high heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter.

Add 1 bag of Cut ‘N Clean Rainbow Chard and stir for about 30 seconds or until the butter starts to brown and release that delicious nutty aroma.

Season with garlic salt and pepper, then deglaze the pan with ¼ cup light beer and braise until au dente (about 2-3 minutes).

Serve as a side dish or rest your grill master’s creation on top of the Rainbow Chard. Enjoy!
