Chicken Soup with Organic Rainbow Chard

Serves: 4


3 cups Cut 'N Clean Greens Organic Rainbow Chard
5 cups chicken stock
5 cups water
1 1/2 cups sliced leeks
2 teaspoons salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
2 1/2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce


In a large pot combine the stock, water and sliced leeks.

 Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked chicken, soy sauce, Worcestershire and chard, simmer for another 10 minutes.

Serve hot in bowls with some crusty French bread.

Cook time: 40 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
