2 fluid ounces Collard juice (about 8 ounces Cut ‘N Clean Collard Greens)
1 sprig Mint
2 fluid ounces Pimm’s No.1
6 fluid ounces Lemonade
2 fluid ounces Ice
Wash, dry and remove leaves from mint. Reserve the cluster of small leaves of mint at the end of the sprig for garnish. In a juicer, juice Collard Greens and remaining mint leaves. Add Pimm’s No.1, lemonade and ice and stir. GarNish with mint and a slice of lemon. Enjoy!
