Country Mix Quick Lemony Greens

Serves: 4


1 (1 pound) bag Cut 'N Clean Greens Country Greens
3 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste


Boil water in a large pot. Add greens and blanch for about 4 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and set greens aside.

In same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat, add the garlic and saute for about 30 seconds. Stir in the drained greens, cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
