2 cups Cut 'N Clean Greens Country Greens
4 strips slab bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons Enova oil (or canola oil)
1 large sweet onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds, crushed
Freshly ground pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups shredded Savoy cabbage
1 jar Kuna German Red Cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrot
2 cups corned beef stock (or chicken stock if unavailable)
In a large, deep sauté pan, cook bacon over medium heat until soft.
Add Enova oil and heat slightly.
Add onion, caraway seeds, some freshly ground pepper and garlic and cook 3 minutes, until soft and fragrant.
Add the cabbages, the greens and carrots and sauté 2 minutes.
Add stock and place a lid on the pot. Simmer on medium low until the liquid is evaporated, about 8 minutes.
Check seasoning. Add salt and pepper if desired.
