Cut `n Clean Greens Spicy Red Chard |

Exotic ginger, coriander and turmeric spice up a simple saute of chard
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons minced shallots
1/2 cup scallions
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 cup water
1 (12-ounce) bag Cut `n Clean Greens Red Chard
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add shallots, scallions, ginger, coriander and turmeric and saute for 5 minutes. Add water and chard, cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Remove lid and cook briefly until water evaporates, stirring as needed. Serve immediately.
Serves 3.
