1 (10 ounce package) Cut ‘N Clean Euro Greens
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
1 Pound Italian Sausage, sliced on a bias
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Jar (24 ounces) Tomato Pasta Sauce
Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
1 pound dried Rigatoni (or your favorite pasta)
GarNish with fresh basil, grated parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook sausage. Remove sausage from pot, cool and slice on the bias. Use the same water to cook your pasta based on the cooking recommendations.
In a large sauce pan over medium high heat, add canola oil. Add sliced sausage and brown. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add tomato sauce, fold in Cut ‘N Clean Euro Greens and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss pasta with sauce. GarNish with fresh basil, grated parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
