Euro Greens Corned Beef

Serves: 8


1 (10 ounce package) Cut ‘N Clean Euro Greens
2 pounds Corned Beef
1 Onion, diced
5 Carrots, diced
2 Turnips, diced
2 Potatoes, diced
2 quarts chicken stock or water
Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste


In a large pot, add corned beef and chicken stock or water. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender (about 4 to 6 hours). Add onions, carrots, turnips and potatoes and simmer until tender (about 20 minutes). Add Euro Greens and simmer to desired tenderness (about 5 minutes). Serve and enjoy!
