Euro Greens Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

Serves: 4-6


1 (10 ounce package) Cut ‘N Clean Euro Greens
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
½ Pound Ground Beef
1 Onion, diced
1 Carrots, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Jar (24 ounces) Tomato Pasta Sauce
6 Crimini Mushrooms, sliced
Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
1 pound dried Spaghetti
GarNish with grated parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes


In a large saucepan over medium high heat, add canola oil. Add ground beef and brown. Using a wood spatula, break up the ground beef into small pieces while cooking. Add onions and carrots and sauté until tender. Add garlic and sauté briefly to take out the raw flavor but being careful not to burn.

Add tomato pasta sauce and bring to a simmer. Add sliced mushrooms and fold in Cut ‘N Clean Greens Euro Greens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

While sauce is simmering, bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Boil noodles according to package and strain.

Toss noodles with Euro Greens meat sauce, plate and GarNish with some freshly grated parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
