1 cup full-fat coconut milk
2 cups crushed ice
2 ounces Cut ‘N Clean Greens Organic Lacinato Tuscan Kale
1/8 teaspoon liquid stevia extract*
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pour coconut milk into an ice cube tray and freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
Place frozen coconut milk cubes, crushed ice, kale, sweetener, cocoa powder, almond milk and vanilla extract into a large blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Divide between 2 or 3 glasses.
*Note about sweetener: To substitute in sugar or honey instead of the stevia, use about 2 tablespoons.
