IRONman Salad with Pears and Blue Cheese

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients:


1 (8 ounce package) Cut ‘N Clean IRONman Spinach and Beet Greens Salad
1/8 Cup White Balsamic Vinegar
¼ Cup Olive Oil
Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
1 ½ Cups Pears, sliced
1 ounce Blue Cheese, crumbled
¼ Cup Almonds, sliced


Preparation:

In a small bowl, whisk together white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sea salt and fresh ground pepper.

In a large salad bowl, add IRONman Spinach and Beet Greens Salad, toss with dressing and GarNIsh with sliced pears, crumbled blue cheese and sliced almonds. Enjoy!
