IRONman Salad with Strawberries and Poppy Seed Vinaigrette

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients:


1 (8 ounce package) Cut ‘N Clean IRONman Spinach and Beet Greens Salad
¼ Cup White Balsamic Vinegar
½ Cup Canola Oil
2 Teaspoons Granulated Sugar
¼ Teaspoon Paprika
2 Teaspoons Sesame Seeds
1 Teaspoon Poppy Seeds
1 ½ Tablespoon Mint, chiffonade
Sea Salt to taste
2 Cups Strawberries, sliced


Preparation:

In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, paprika sesame seeds, poppy seeds, mint and salt.

In a large salad bowl, add IRONman Spinach and Beet Greens Salad, toss with dressing and sliced strawberries. Enjoy!
