4 cups Cut ‘N Clean Greens Kale
2 cups Honeydew, diced
1 1/2 teaspoon (1 envelope) powder Gelatin
2 cups Apple Juice
In a small pot, bloom gelatin in cold apple juice. Place pot on stove and bring to a simmer to dissolve gelatin. Allow liquid to cool to room temperature.
Put kale and liquid into a Vitamix blender and puree. Add honeydew and banana and blend again. Freeze in popsicle molds and enjoy!
Recipe makes 12- 3 fluid ounce popsicles. For smoother consistency (optional), strain mixture prior to freezing.
