Last-Minute Lasagna with Euro Greens

1 (12 ounce) bag Cut 'N Clean Greens Euro Greens
1 (26ounce) jar pasta sauce (use your favorite brand)
1 (25 to 30 ounce) bag frozen large cheese ravioli, unthawed
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (8 ounce) bag shredded mozzarella (or Italian cheese blend of mozzarella, provolone, asiago, etc.)
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil


Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Rinse greens and drain in a colander. Place in a microwave-safe container with a lid and microcook on high for about 8 minutes, stirring twice. Remove and drain in colander to remove any excess water.

Mist a 13- by 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and spoon in one-third of the sauce. Arrange half the frozen ravioli on top and scatter all the drained cooked greens over them. Sprinkle with oregano. Top with half the mozzarella and half the Parmesan, and sprinkle with basil. Layer with remaining ravioli, remaining sauce and the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan.
