Molson Braised Rainbow Chard with Black Diamond Cheddar

Serves: 4


1 (12 ounce) bag Cut ‘N Clean Greens Rainbow Chard

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup Molson’s beer

1/8 cup grated Black Diamond cheddar

Salt and pepper to taste


In a large sauté pan over high heat, add olive oil and sauté garlic until light brown.

Add Cut ‘N Clean Rainbow Chard, sauté for about 30 seconds and deglaze with Molson’s beer. Braise rainbow chard until desired tenderness (about 2-3 minutes).

Season with salt and pepper and GarNish with grated Black Diamond cheddar. Enjoy!
