Mustard Greens & Potatoes

Serves: 6


1 (2 pound) bag Cut 'N Clean Greens Mustard Greens
2 ounces sliced salt pork
12 small red potatoes, quartered
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


Place salt pork in large skillet filled with 1 inch of water. Cover and simmer for 40-50 minutes or until the pork is tender. Add the potatoes to the pork and cook for 5-7 minutes, adding some water if necessary.

Add the mustard greens, salt and sugar. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 mins. or until greens are tender. Season with pepper to taste.
