Quick Wilted Spring Euro Greens

1 (12 ounce) bag Cut 'N Clean Greens Euro Greens
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup gluten free chicken broth
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Freshly ground pepper to taste


Melt butter, stock and vinegar in a 12-inch non-stick skillet over high heat, until boiling. Add Cut 'N Clean Euro Greens, stir and then cook, covered, until greens are wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Uncover, stir and cook on high until the greens are done and the liquid evaporates, about 5 minutes. Season with pepper to taste.
