Rainbow Chard with Allspice, Coriander and Paprika

1 (12 ounce) bag Cut 'N Clean Greens Rainbow Chard
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 medium onions, sliced into half-moons
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste


In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add allspice, coriander and paprika, and cook and stir for 1 minute. Add chard and water, cover and cook on medium for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
