8 cups Cut ‘N Clean Greens Shredded Collards
1 (14 ounce jar) Tomato Pizza Sauce
8 ounces Shredded Mozzarella or Italian Blend Cheese
3.5 ounces Pepperoni Slices
4 ounces sliced Crimini Mushrooms
GarNish: Parmesan Cheese and Red Pepper Flakes
Roll out Gorgeous Green Pizza Dough into 8 pizzas. For each pizza, spread a couple of tablespoons of tomato pizza sauce. Spread some mozzarella cheese onto the pizza and add pepperoni, mushrooms and shredded collards toppings.
Bake in 425 degrees F oven for about 15 minutes. GarNish with fresh grated parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
