1/3 lb. chopped bacon, smoked turkey, or ham 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil (optional) 2 cups water 1 packet Cut 'N Clean Greens Seasoning a splash of balsamic or apple cider vinegar
In a large pot, cook 1/3 lb. chopped bacon, smoked turkey or ham (add 1-2 tablespoons cooking oil if using smoked turkey or ham, to keep it from sticking to pot).
Add 2 cups water and bring to boil.
Add 1 packet Cut 'N Clean Greens Seasoning, and one bag Cut 'N Clean Greens (any Variety).
Cover and simmer on lowest heat for 30-60 minutes, or until greens are tender to your liking.
Sprinkle with a splash of balsamic or apple cider.
