Steamed Mustard Greens and Pearl Onions

Serves: 4


1 (1 pound) bag Cut 'N Clean Greens Mustard Greens
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
12 pearl onions, cut in half
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup gluten free chicken broth


In a large saucepan, heat oil and butter on low heat. Saute garlic and onion for 15 minutes. Add allspice, oregano, basil, mustard greens and broth. Cover and steam until greens are wilted, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
