Stir-Fried Collard Greens

1 (1 pound) bag Cut 'N Clean Greens Collard Greens
1 teaspoon olive oil or walnut oil
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and ground black pepper


In a large skillet, heat oil and cook onion, stirring frequently, for 1 minute. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Add collards and cook, stirring, until they turn bright green and are limp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
