1 (8 ounce) package Cut ‘N Clean Greens SuperKALE Salad
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tomato, sliced
¼ Pound Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
3 Leaves Fresh Basil
Salt and pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, massage SuperKALE Salad with olive oil until desired tenderness. Add balsamic vinegar and toss. Add sliced tomato, sliced mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper and finish with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
