SuperKALE Salad with Sesame Dressing

Serves: 2-4


1 (8 ounce package) Cut ‘N Clean Greens SuperKALE Rainbow Kale Salad Slaw

1/8 cup rice vinegar

1 tablespoon tahini or peanut butter

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

1 ½ teaspoon soy sauce

1 ½ teaspoon honey

¼ cup canola oil

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds


Whisk together rice vinegar, tahini or peanut butter, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, canola oil, sesame oil and salt.

In mixing bowl, add Cut ‘N Clean Greens SuperKALE Rainbow Kale Salad Slaw with dressing and massage until desired tenderness.

Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving. GarNish with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
