1 (8 ounce package) Cut ‘N Clean Greens SuperKALE Rainbow Kale Salad Slaw
1/8 cup lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 ½ cups avocado, diced
1 ½ cups tomato, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, cayenne pepper, cilantro, salt and pepper.
In mixing bowl, add Cut ‘N Clean Greens SuperKALE Rainbow Kale Salad Slaw with dressing and massage until desired tenderness.
Add avocado and tomato, toss and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
