SuperKALE Salad Tuscan Style

Serves: 2-4


1 (8 ounce package) Cut ‘N Clean Greens SuperKALE Rainbow Kale Salad Slaw

1/8 cup lemon juice

¼ cup olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 pinch red pepper flakes

¼ cup pecorino cheese, grated

¼ cup breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper to taste


Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

In mixing bowl, add Cut ‘N Clean Greens SuperKALE Rainbow Kale Salad Slaw with dressing and massage until desired tenderness.

Add pecorino cheese and breadcrumbs, toss and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
