SuperKALE Sushi

Serves: 1

Ingredients:


½ cup Cut ‘N Clean Organic SuperKALE Salad with Organic Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette

1 piece sushi nori (seaweed)

½ cup sushi rice, cooked and seasoned

2 cucumber wedges (about ¼ mini cucumber)

4 pieces pickled sushi ginger


Preparation:

Place sushi nori on a sushi mat. Spread rice evenly over ¾ of the nori. Place cucumber, pickled sushi ginger and Cut ‘N Clean Organic SuperKALE Salad with Organic Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette in roll. Using sushi mat, roll the sushi. Add a little water to the edge of the nori to help it stick together. Remove sushi roll from mat and cut into 6 or 8 pieces and enjoy!
