Swiss Chard and Rotini with Red Sauce

Serves: 4


1 bunch of Swiss chard, washed and finely chopped

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped


1 jar tomato pasta sauce

1 box Rotini Pasta


Cook pasta in salted water until tender.

Sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil until the onions are clear. Stir in the chard. When the chard is welted and vibrant in color, add the pasta sauce. When the sauce reaches a boil, remove from the heat. Drain the pasta and mix with sauce. Serve with hot bread.
