Tropical Greens Smoothie

Serves: 4

Ingredients:


4 Cups Greens (any combination below)
Cut ‘N Clean Greens Kale
Cut ‘N Clean Greens Curly Spinach
Jade Asian Greens Baby Shanghai Bok Choy


2 Cups Coconut Water
1 ½ Cup Frozen Pineapple
½ Cup Frozen Mango



Preparation:

Blend greens and coconut water in a blender until smooth.

Greens blend recommendations:
2 Cups Cut ‘N Clean Greens Kale and 2 Cups Cut ‘N Clean Greens Curly Spinach
3 Cups Cut ‘N Clean Greens Kale and 1 Cup Jade Asian Greens Baby Shanghai Bok Choy

Add frozen fruit and blend again until smooth. Recipe will make about 4- 8 fluid ounce servings. Enjoy!
