2 cups Cut ‘N Clean Tuscan Kale, shredded
8 (6”-8” diameter) Flat Bread
5/8 cup Hoisin Sauce
1/8 cup Sriracha Chili Sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup Chinese Sausage, sliced
Mix Hoisin Sauce and Sriracha Chili Sauce in a small bowl. Spread about 1 ½ tablespoons of sauce onto each flat bread.
Spread about ½ cup of mozzarella cheese and add Chinese sausage and shredded Tuscan Kale.
Place in a 400 degree F oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
